                The conversation that could turn into something.

Sometimes the best career move is simply to keep working and let things develop.

We get excited. We want to tell someone. And there's nothing wrong with having a trusted person in your corner.

But your entire workplace doesn't need a live feed of your career strategy.

There is power in moving quietly.

There is wisdom in waiting until something is real before making it public.

And there is freedom in realizing that you don't owe everyone an update on what might happen next.

This week, focus less on announcing what you're going to do and more on doing it.
